To see if the Coaching and/or Counselling I provide suits your needs, I offer an introductory session at a reduced rate in order that we can get to know each other.  I offer both online and face-to-face appointments in accordance with the latest government guidance.

• £95 per session for adults
• £85 per session for under 18's
